Meet Sakari — an Inuit word meaning “sweet” — and sweet she absolutely is.
Born at 1:08am on 3/4/26, Sakari was the 7th puppy welcomed into the world by her beautiful mum, Meesha. What started as a rescue journey for Meesha quickly turned into something even more special when it became clear she was carrying a surprise litter of precious Husky mix puppies. Just a few short weeks later, nine beautiful babies arrived safely into the world.
Raised with love, warmth, safety and endless care, Sakari and her siblings have had the very best start in life, nurtured by an incredible mum and surrounded by dedicated carers every step of the way.
Now it’s Sakari’s turn to find her own forever family.
This gorgeous little girl is a total firecracker with a mind as sharp as they come. She always seems to be one step ahead of everyone else and is never far from the action. Curious, confident and full of personality, Sakari approaches life with enthusiasm and excitement, ready to investigate every new sight, sound and adventure she can find.
She plays hard, loves harder, and is always eager to be involved in whatever is happening around her. Whether she’s exploring the yard, wrestling with her siblings, or seeking out attention from her humans, Sakari embraces life with her whole heart.
At such a young age, Sakari has already been exposed to a variety of people, young children, her mum, and her siblings. As with any young puppy, she has the potential to adapt beautifully to a home with other dogs, cats, and children when provided with appropriate introductions, socialisation and ongoing guidance.
