Meet Manicotti (aka Buddy) — a beautiful 9-year-old entire American Bulldog whose whole world has been turned upside down in the most heartbreaking way.
Yesterday, Buddy’s beloved owner tragically passed away at the back gate, leaving this sweet old gentleman suddenly without his person. His elderly mum, who is 87 years old, is sadly unable to care for him, meaning Buddy now urgently needs a safe place to land.
To make things even harder, Buddy is blind — so right now, he’s trying to navigate not only the loss of everything familiar, but the uncertainty of a completely changed world.
Despite the unimaginable circumstances, Buddy has been an absolute sweetheart with those caring for him. He has shown himself to be a gentle, beautiful soul who deserves comfort, kindness, and stability in this next chapter.
