Meet Kova — an Inuit word meaning “Strong.”
Born 5th in the litter on 2/4/26 at 9:53pm, Kova arrived in the world exactly as his name suggests — a strong, solid little boy with a quiet confidence all his own.
Kova’s mum, the beautiful Meesha, came into rescue and found safety in a loving forever home — unknowingly carrying a very special surprise. Before long, it became clear she wasn’t alone, and just a few short weeks later, nine beautiful Husky mix puppies entered the world.
Raised with love, warmth, safety and endless dedication, Kova and his siblings have had the very best start in life, nurtured by an incredible mum and surrounded by caring hands every step of the way.
Now it’s Kova’s turn to find a family of his own.
Kova is an interesting mix of independence, strength and sensitivity. While he can be one of the more confident puppies among his siblings and isn’t afraid to hold his own during playtime, he can also be a little shy when faced with new people or unfamiliar situations.
He finds comfort in familiarity and takes a little time to assess his surroundings before fully showing his true personality. Once he feels safe and settled, his confidence shines through and his sweet nature quickly wins people over.
Kova loves investigating new things and meeting new people — but always on his own terms. He prefers to take a moment to observe, think things through and decide for himself when he’s ready to say hello. This thoughtful, inquisitive nature is part of what makes him such a special little boy.
Kova seems to have a special soft spot for the men in his life, often gravitating toward them for affection and companionship. Beneath his sturdy exterior is a gentle, loving boy who enjoys cuddles just as much as he enjoys a good game of tug-of-war or a playful wrestle with his siblings.
His affectionate nature and soulful eyes are sure to melt hearts wherever he goes.
